Schnoodle

Our Schnoodles are like unrecognized talent on a sports team, or the musician that was better than most but somehow never made it to the spotlight:  I don't know why they are not one of the most popular breeds of all time!  A cross between a Miniature Schnauzer (affectionate, loyal, sturdy) and a Toy/Mini Poodle (extremely intelligent, lap dog), the Schnoodle is the formula for "man's best friend". We strive for the more desirable mega coat: soft, fluffy, and curly (some will have the more traditional coarse, wiry coat).  They have been one of our healthiest breeds: benefitting from the  larger size and strength of the Miniature Schnauzer yet keeping the traits that we love from our poodles (please read more about Poodles and Miniature Schnauzers on their respective pages under our Puppy Breeds).  Our Schnoodles are typically 10-20lbs as adults and 11-14 inches at the shoulder. They are easily trained and require minimal-to-moderate grooming, making them a great match for any family looking for the intelligence of the Toy Poodle and the sturdy build, and loyalty of the Miniature Schnauzer.
